Great buyer to deal with!

I regret to say that this guy isn't honest. I accepted his offer and ask to meet to complete transaction. After several chasers, I got a reply from him the next day that he has "accepted another offer" when he was the one who made the offer which I accepted. This had been a very bad experience. You must not make a commitment you don't intend to keep!
