Fast and decisive buyer. Unfortunately transaction didn’t go as well as parcel was damaged by singpost. Otherwise, great buyer to deal with.

Buyer thought I have ghosted her when I failed to reply and refund on the day she mailed the damaged item due to being overseas. I was greeted with many messages from buyer and others whom she reached out to and threatened with a nasty review. Definitely no intention to cheat her $19. I have refunded but have yet to receive the damaged card. 😕

1) Card mailed back 1 mth+ ago w photo proof. Seller acknowledged too when I sent out. 2) Not sure why she felt poor review given was a threat. Going MIA, finding out she secretly sought refunds frm SingPost & Yoto for her own benefit are all red flags for a low rating. Admins contacted seller on their own as they also noted that she MIA after offering refund. 3) Tbh, quite a dishonest seller who sought refunds/free cards when it was her poor packaging of cards that led to damage..
