Buyer held me responsible for two lost normal mails, and gave a negative feedback even though I gave photo proof. He said he didn't receive the tools. I asked for a new set from supplier, paid the extra mail and didn't charge him, and sent it out to him - he said he didn't receive. I sent a second set which a friend kindly gave me, this time gave photo proof of mail, and he said he didn't receive again. I'm not the only one with a bad experience with him.
