I repeated multiple times that the mac has been wiped out by the company. But he still insists that it is still tied. Experts (professionals) did their job wiping all data prior giving clearance so don’t question me about it. I did declare it prior our transaction. Even simple connection to hotspot is a problem to you, which common mac/pc user is familiar with.

Like every 2nd hand gadget...you need to factory reset it. CLEARLY THE MACBOOK PRO THAT WAS SOLD TO ME IS EITHER STOLEN OR NEVER HAD BEEN CLEARED FOR RELEASE! OF COURSE I NEED TO FACTORY RESET AS MOST OF THE APPS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING! I NEED TO DOWNLOAD SOME APPS BUT I CANNOT BECAUSE IT NEEDED THE REAL ADMIN PASSWORD OF THE COMPANY THAT OWNES THE MACBOOK...NOT THE MADE UP ONE WHICH YOU CREATED WHICH HAD 1234 AS PASSWORD! WHY DONT YOU WANT TO ANSWER MY CALLS? WHY SCAM PEOPLE THIS WAY?
