Shoes listed as ‘brand new’ but had actly been stored for 5+ yrs which wasn’t stated or considered by seller. So after 1h of light use on same day, the glue gave way & soles split! Quickly told them + politely & sincerely asked for a refund (full w return of item/partial to cover repair cost). Their reply: “there’s nothing we can do”, “all sales final”. Very indecent of them. I feel so cheated.

She asked to check condition n try.Asked her if it was all good she said ya.Buyer asked when I bought the shoe.I replied saying about 5 years ago.This all happened before the transaction was made.Shoe was sold on someone’s behalf(has the final say). She msg me saying now she’s depressed bc of the shoe, also said n I quote “hope (x) is happy with her 45$”. Had the audacity to delete that msg after. Fixing a shoe <$10 do the math it’s less than rtp of shoe. Idc if u spoke nicely doesn’t chnge anyt
