Dealt with her once and got the items as described and did a meet up. That was good. However, had to change this review as when I made a second purchase she was unable to meet up and requested for postage instead. It has been 2 weeks and still have not received the items and no reply. Not cool. (Update - Just received items 1 month later)

Dishonest seller. Say genting room is ready but didnt not produce voucher as required. End up no place to stay. No replies . No nothing. Paid full amount to her. Scam. I will report police as well as carousell admin if this is not resolve . Deal with her at your risk !!!!

This wasn't what our conversation was in the chat? As stated to you it is their receptionist staff made the mistake everything was given to them, even the room was ready for you I even complained to their manager etc and they say they will go through disciplinary actions for that staff so you can't say I'm a dishonest seller because it's not my mistake but their staff. And even if you report to police they can't do anything since I did do my part ensuring the room is booked, can verify with them
