I initially inquired about the item thru fb and then instructed mo thru transact thru carousel. I seldom use carousel. It is a bit inconvenient for me to converse using two platforms. I don't know why. I had to switch app just to buy same item. It must be for the purpose of review display. You should understand that not all buyers are the same. Some are busy some are not.
