Bought a pair of heels from her and item was old. Despite being brand new (which I do not doubt because the soles were perfectly clean), there were stains and specks which looked like the item was stored for a really long time. Refused to refund because she said she checked the item before selling but maybe due to lighting or wtv maybe she didn't realise. Called her shortly after purchase to try to meet again so that she could verify but didn't pick up. Just my luck.
Corresponded with buyer through messages even though could not pick up the phone at that point (was in the middle of a family lunch). Buyer went on to insinuate I had been irresponsible and that I "did not want to refund" when I was just as upset, as I had acceded to her request to check the condition of the shoes prior to selling them to her next day & did not find discoloration. I had also apologized for the inconvenience earlier. Buyer had also agreed to try to remove before further corresp.
Decisive buyer who made payments promptly! Thank you, would definitely look to dealing with you again 😊
