Item was listed accurately based on EU, US and UK sizing. Item being sold was from Shanghai Tang which has its unique sizing and was converted accurately and listed accurately to the appropriate EU UK US sizing as per carousell description, which was acknowledged by the buyer (buyer acknowledged that the listing did state "EU 52 US 42 UK42"). Conditional refund was also offered to the buyer.

Please be open and honest about your mistake. Don't blame it on the buyer. Thanks - note of caution to others who are buying his listings - sizings are not accurate and will not admit to misrepresentation.
