Thanks for your message and your honesty. I truly appreciate it. Everything is settled now. happy we resolved it. The buyer initially made an offer and asked me to hold the item at their proposed price. I agreed and waited patiently without following up or pressuring him. During that time, I turned down several new offers. Eventually, the buyer backed out, saying they found a cheaper option. I found this experience disappointing, as it was not a respectful way to handle a negotiation. Thanks
