Advertised as Brand New, but I received a badly dented box, where both box and product looked used. Upon inspection of the liquid, it looked like it had gone off with white clumps of gunk floating around. Seller ignored the facts & pictures shown and only refunded 50% and kept insisting that the item was from Sephora, and not taking responsibility of a faulty product sold. I've binned the item

Hey, I advertised it as BN because it was how it is when I got it from Sephora. You claimed that it might be because of how I stored it but it was together with all my other products and nothing is wrong. I refunded 50% to you because it was my part that I didn’t check the inside before sending out. But this also mean that I have never opened it before. However, you kept insisting that I did so I can’t help it too.
