Fast delivery and item as promised, the item was brand new and boxed. Unfortunately, the only thing that let this down was very slow and poor communication post-sale and the fact that our robot still won't pair with our Wifi (below 5G) and the app. So, it's not fully to even half it's potential which is disappointing. We've now been directed to a robot service shop.
