This buyer is a foreigner who doesn’t even have a bank account but still want to buy stuff online. He wanted COD deals but lives very far from me. But he refused to travel to meet up. He was okay with mailing but not able to settle the payment online. Told him to seek help from locals about payment transfer but he refused! Then he just cancelled the deal. Thoughtless & selfish time waster😡😡😡😡😡
