seller was really friendly and patient throughout the buying process. though I was asking alot of qns and having a fickle mind she was very patient and responsive the entire time. she even ask if I'm satisfied with the products and assured me with the wait. overall the most amazing seller I've ever met. Seller is friendly with prompt response and item came with Impressive packaging. But the photos she posted are taken from the authentic BV bag which are DIFFERENT from the actual item. I even double checked with her if the photos are what I will receive and she said yes! Waited excitedly and ended up with disappointment as someone else is selling the exact bag at 25% of her price in carousell..
