Deal was still successful, however was disappointed buyer last minute call for a change of timing at 11.24pm whereas the meeting is at 11.30pm. Sellers deal at your own risk. Nevertheless buyer didn't go MIA The main point here is, it doesn't change the fact that you call for a change last minute and inform me last minute. Since you know you need to work and cannot make it on time, you should be more responsible to inform early. And you are not the one waiting till late nigth but I am the one
