Our gates are all powder coated which makes them resilient to rust but mechanical stress can wear it away. In your case, your gate was installed without defects and you even left us a positive feedback on our quality worksmanship. When your own contractor damaged the gate which caused it to rust, you expected us to fix it for you and due to your impatience you discredited us. Irrational and please be careful when dealing with!

Bad aftersales! I waited for 4 months for you to fix my gate. Patiently asked and follow up more than 5 times. Willing to pay due to personal fault. 4 months yet you are still pushy about it. I discredit you for ur aftersales service and I dont expect my gate to begin to rust after 4 months and the rust is not cause by my contractor! If I can get a handyman to fix it i would not rely on you!
