Insincere buyer, asked to keep for two weeks so asked to pay for a deposit where it was stated not refundable if you pull out. Buyer pulled out last minute with an excuse that his wife didn’t let him buy it, then asked for deposit back. Gave him the chance to continue the deal, he agreed to meet and then proceeded to not show up. waste of time. Recommend to collect half payment, before dealing.
