not a genuine seller..her mentioned 'like new' doll is heavily used torn, flimsy tilted neck and moreover she s not even ready to accept. b aware.

The condition of the item was good when I had it. But when the buyer got it she washed it and the condition was ruined. I sent picture proof of the item being in good condition before I sold it to the seller only to be marked as seen. I also met up with the buyer's husband to give the item and even he checked the condition of it. The item was in good condition with me but the buyer appears to have ruined it by washing it. Also the rainbow dress was not even on the listing, it was a freebie.
