Above and beyond

Great communication

Eliza from Merliz was really friendly and gave really fast replies. I could choose the Pokémons that I wanted and she could do it PERFECTLY WELL (see photos!) When I collected the cookies from her, she made sure she taped the cookies together so they don't break easily while I travelled. The cookies were not too sweet and together with the icing on top, it was just right! Thank you so much!! ❤️
