Seller was unaware of how "buy now" works though it was enabled on her listing. Paid using "buy now" button & clicked on "order received" in front of her. She later had issues verifying her identity to Carousell; tried to blame me for the "buyer protection" setting she set, and kept asking me to help. She tried to guilt-trip me when I paid to Carousell & the issue is between her and Carousell.

She asked me to contact support to ask to get my money back after I aldy clicked "order received" & to PayNow her instead. But I aldy clicked "order received" & the money is aldy with Carousell. I also cannot contact support for her if she is having tech issues verifying her identity to withdraw from Carousell. That is her responsibility.

I already explained that the system didn’t allow me to verify my info and that left me frustrated . Carousel platform can verify this on the chat and also the system . I had asked buyer to help by contacting support and she said she had done her part on payment . I spent 2 hours trying to submit my personal info so I can withdraw the payment and was unable to. It’s unfair on my side to say I guilt trip buyer . Nevertheless I had given buyer a 5 star review .
