Very Inpatient despite saying I'm still going to buy

To clarify: this buyer insisted that I started work on his custom piece even before payment, so I made an exception for him. He kept saying that he would make payment, but more than a week passed and despite repeated reminders, there was no sign of payment. "Saying I'm still going to buy" counts for nothing if you don't take actual action to make payment. My time, effort and materials in making the piece were wasted.
