[*Updated] Buyer could have been more responsive and decisive after making the offer. Had to follow up multiple times, with 2 commitments on payment from Seller, before it was eventually done after a few weeks. Sellers be aware.

Buyer agreed to purchase on 21 July & committed twice initially to making payment by certain timings but failed to do so both times. Communication stopped thereafter despite follow ups. This dragged on for a few weeks & only concluded on 8 August. Buyer wrote a review saying they were overseas, but in this era they could have simply said so - but didn’t & just went unresponsive. Sellers be aware.
