Bought based on seller’s listing saying only bolts and M20 cap needed replacement, and the rest was in good condition. After bringing it to Bike Stop Toa Payoh, mechanic confirmed both crank arms are damaged/slanted and threads are dented, making it unusable. Seller admitted he didn’t know it was “so bad” but only offered refund if I deliver it back to Pasir Ris. Misleading and disappointing.

Did not realised or told its OEM product. Message seller but seller gave quality assurance and admitted not original. Finally got to rode today and got a whole lot of strain on my left floor pelvis. Thought might be my riding style issue until I re check the saddle nose and found the nose height is lopsided as seen. bad experience for 1. uninformed of product originality 2. poor product quality

99% of the 5 stars buyers pays $25 for a cheap ISM (Styled) saddle but satisfiable quantity. Leaving 1 % of this buyers prefers to perceive the clearly labelled ISM (styled) is 100% authentic which is almost 10 x the price. A full refund option given within 7 days. But to no avail... Honestly.. Period..
