An unexpected encounter with buyer, who expected items to be brand new . Already refunded up to $100 for the missing items and as shown before the other items are justifiable & value more , if buy from other seller. Unknown reason why battery are not in working condition as it was usable when dekitted, Item missing was refund and paid for as a brand new replacement. Incidents reported.
