Seller is very friendly and helpful with arranging for delivery. However item is not in good condition as stated. Pictures weren’t clear. When we got the item, it’s smelly and yet, very old. Pushing around is real hard like the wheels are not working well.

Sorry to hear that, I guess we have different understanding of well used and like new maybe? Between the wheels are working well you just need to release the safety lock. Also I believe we have communicated that the cushion is washable if it is dirty, I am always happy to share more photos in detail if you asked, before you decide to buy, let’s chat via WhatsApp to see how to reach an agreement though, you have my number, cheers.
