Hi, it was a nice chat but I am confused what I have done to deserve this. You could have come to check the product but you didn’t. You asked for videos and pictures which we sent to you. You sent lala move to collect at night to pick up. Movers had asked you dismantle and you paid them $30 for 4 screws even I had to help. Then, they picked the product and move to your place and I don’t know what happened during that time. So if you say I deserve two stars, may be it is you should reconsider.

Well, I asked you if there was another person, you could pass it to him because my inability to collect. What you did was, since you had accepted the free offer from beginning, you marked it as sold and then gave me bad review even though the item was not with me. This is very offensive.
