Worst buyer I have had to deal with thus far. Made an offer and requested we meet at Tampines. Did not show up as agreed, and went MIA completely. Also, buyer’s a guy who referred to me as “dear” on multiple occasions, and asked for my contact number (for liaison purposes), but never texted me to establish the “contact”.. Penning this experience down as no seller should have to go through this!! 🙄
