Wonderful experience with seller! She’s very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Buyer took some time to transfer — that would mean that the process of posting out the item would have to be pushed back as well. I sent buyer an image to check the address but when buyer replied, I have left the post office hence I posted it out the next day. The buyer replied in an unpleasant and sarcastic tone.(https://postimg.cc/w3Ltdq5G) Not to mention that I included free shipping as well!

I was about to give the seller a 5 star review despite receiving the product which is not as expected - a Stojo cup with no sleeve albeit with free shipping. Seller explained with a good amount of exclamation points, which I eventually accepted. Being labeled as sarcastic and unpleasant when I expressed my gratitude after I saw the picture of the package which is about to be mailed is just not acceptable.
