once again, i messaged you BEFORE writing my follow up review. i concluded that your SLOW RESPONSE meant you're actually scamming me. yes you provided a solution on servicing the item but it was TOO LATE as i found a way on fixing it myself hence, asking for a PARTIAL REFUND — IF my review could be deleted by carousell. now you're saying i'm blackmailing you when we've settled on waiting for carousell to delete my review. in the end carousell couldn't and i guess it's karma for your attitude.
