A good fellow caroseller shouldn't: express interest, bargained, fixed a meeting time n place, did not take initiative to let seller know you cannot make it, fix another date, when seller updates abt the venue no reply, seller has to ask again whether u r interested, finally a tardy reply came with a lame excuse that the offer is off. Pls learn to be a good caroseller.
