Adrian was sincere and friendly. Will have to put the luggage to the test for my 2 weeks trip👍 as for now the luggage looks solid.

Adrian was very responsive and answered all my questions on Carousell before we met. He arranged to pick up a luggage from a customer so I could judge the quality for myself because he was running out of stock. He was available for viewing, and after comparing sizes and weights we purchased 2 luggages from him (ABS model in black l, size L and XL) that he even delivered himself. Great seller.

Above and beyond

Adrian went over and beyond for the service. He still remembers me when i purchase a luggage during covid. Even after multiple trips overseas, the first luggage is still going strong hence while looking for a second luggage, he is my go to guy. I would give 10 stars if i could.

A joy to deal with such sellers. Adrian is was super patient in addressing my questions and by far the most responsive online seller I've dealt with. I haven't put the luggage to test yet but it looks and feels good. My go to seller now for luggages.

After researching & comparing different sellers in Carousell, I decided to get my first Aluminium luggage from Adrian that comes with One year warranty. 5 Stars! The Quality & Customer Service is top notch. At first, I plan to order from Shopee but realised is quite risky bec I couldn’t see the actual quality of the bag. I also checked out Iuiga shop but it was very heavy and of poor workmanship.

追加評價

My sis purchased one from Shopee and one of the luggage wheel broke and the pull up handle is faulty after one holiday trip. Shopee has many cheap luggages with poor quality. And they don’t offer any warranty. So I bought another one for my sis. Thank you Adrian for the discount! We will support you again!
