First time went through bad experience dealing in carousel. Collected the printer without testing since seller shared the printout showing printer is working fine however when I tested back home, its faulty and having printer head issue. When I wanted to return, seller denied saying return and refund not possible while it is not mentioned in his listing. Kindly avoid this seller
