Terribly uncommunicative, uncommitted and yet expected me to hold the bed for him. Called and texted closer to date but didn’t respond, and while he agreed to pick the item up between a time slot, he failed to update me on his plans and only cancelled much later after the agreed time. Inconvenienced our entire family’s moving plans dramatically as he had reserved the bed much earlier in the week.
