It is not fair that you treat buyers like this when you have products which do not match with your vague product description or when your item has issues after it was bought. The seller also marked the item sold even before the offer was made. Clearly, whatever the seller says about his product the end result is: I am the buyer and the product has a problem and that is what matters. It is not about the money but the honesty that should come with the product.
The buyer is again making a false claim that I marked the item as sold before the offer was made. Earlier, she had claimed that I told her that the portable vacuum cleaner was able to use for 45min to an hour. Both claims are false as I mentioned to her that I think it should last for 45min to an hour . Next , would I mark the item as “ Sold” before an offer was made ...definitely not . By making payment via fund transfer and receipt of the item , the buyer had accepted the offer.
