The item was sent in good condition, but the buyer is now claiming it arrived broken. I hardly ever use the Carousell app, and I never share my personal number on there, just to play it safe. So, if she’s claiming she’s texting me but I’m not getting anything, she might have messaged someone else because she doesn’t have my digits.
3 年前（已編輯）Hi! I have proof that I sent some pictures(broken heels) after I received it. The message is tagged as “seen” but you did not respond so I opted to message you on sms also. Your number is connected to carousell, so there is an option to message thru sms. I waited 3 days for you to respond. I also told you that I’ll leave a review if you did not reply, and you never did reply. Carousell also tried to reach you regarding the matter, but they said you were not replying.
The item is nice and kahit late shipping she was able to compensate for that
