This shd hv been a 5* but deal ended unpleasantly, hence 2*. The "new and sealed box" was delivered in a torn and unsealed condition. Seller said it's not his fault and didn't want to take responsibility, so I contacted J&T but was told the seller has to raise case with Carousell b4 they can follow up. Seller did not want to help follow up and remain unresponsive though he's frequently online.

Seller got a bargain paying 1/3 of the new item price but still chasing $5 compensation for a cardboard box opened during the delivery process. The box was going to be opened by her anyway and the contents were still sealed and intact. Won’t be dealing with her ever again.
