Seller is friendly and accommodating. However, this is not brand new as listed. The set has been used—all the components have had their tags removed, and there are stains on one. The mirror is all scratched up. The set is not falling apart, and I would have paid $150 for it anyway, I just had different expectations when it was advertised as brand new.

Considering the small price of this playing mat, my availability, and the fact that I cleaned and washed all the toys and playing Matt for you, I am really surprised by your comment. Yes I remove the tags, but the playing Matt is like new.
The post described the machine as little leaking but I found the leaking like floods. Sent a video to seller to prove the floods but seller said it’s a little leak agreed to refund but have to send to her home,can provide video as proof upon anyone’s request. I hope she is not planning to sell it again as too dangerous. Post 上只寫少許漏水但運作完美’, 收到後漏水問題嚴重，機身全濕，要求退款但賣家只接受直接退回荷里活家，希望她不是打算再賣。

Totally false! This person wanted to have a coffee machine for free. The coffee machine was leaking but functioning. That is why the price was so cheap, I used it for many months. Everything was indicated and described in my post. The client wanted to have the coffee machine and to be refunded of the price (without giving me back the coffee machine). He just wanted to have a coffee machine for free, that is non acceptable.
