Difficult to contact seller when problem arise. Yup, you replaced but not the one that is working for me. Pure vpn never gave me this problem and now you replaced with different that i already encountered issues in the first place. He only respond when i gave him negative feedback.

Hi, I have replaced an account which is working and I tried it. IPvanish managed to work on my phone which I just logged it on. Might be PC issue that cannot authenticate. If you need to check whether account is working, you can login via the website to check. Furthermore, I have replaced it with something of higher tier. I have done my part in replacing.
