Transaction started well, but there was a lack of communication regarding the shipping fee. I specifically asked to be updated and to confirm the shipping cost first, as it was a concern. Unfortunately, the item was shipped without my confirmation, and I was later asked to just pay for the shipping. This could have been handled better with proper confirmation before proceeding.
