Paid $250 for cleaning. Machine was quiet before service. Tech said parts needed replacing but I said no since nothing was wrong. After cleaning, machine makes loud scary noises. Now they refuse to fix the damage they caused, claiming I declined part replacement. Dishonest! Avoid this company.

Even though the washing machine is not compatible for cleaning, they refunded the deposit and nicely explain the reason behind the incompatibility. Highly recommended.
