Asked to nego, then we compromised and I gave him a discount and agreed to meet at his convenience. On the day of meet up, he didn't reply my messages. 10 minutes before meet up time, he messages saying "no no not today" then said he's a student and his lessons only end at 9pm. If you know you cannot me make it, you should have the basic courtesy to inform me that you want to change time and date. You knew I travelled down for you.
