Dishonest seller with zero accountability. She listed a top as “BNWT”, but it arrived with many defects, including a broken ribbon and a ribbon that was completely missing. She lied that she didn’t notice the defect when she mailed out the item, even though its defects made it entirely different from what was advertised. She then refused to reply or take any action. To seller, pictures don’t lie.

item delivered is indeed brand new with the original tag attached, I did not state “no defects” and really did not notice any defects before I mail the item out. buyer did not take the responsibility to follow my buying instructions which is to read my t&c listing that is stated in my profile. in the listing I said I don’t accept refunds if buyer did not ask for real life pictures or did not check the item on the spot and later report problems about the item. maybe the defect is caused by her 😂
