Made an offer. Offer accepted. Started giving excuses like "kulang pera", "di pwede meetup". Bottomline is hindi nagbabasa si buyer before making an offer.

I was sure that time, yet nagkulang sa budget and even before ako nagoffline 28wks ago, I INFORMED YOU na hindi ko makukuha yung item kasi hindi ka pumayag na i-two gives ko To tell you hindi ako bogus buyer because If I really am I would never had the courage to tell you na nagkulang ang pera ko at hindi na makukuha item. Mas nakakadisappoint po yung seller na kagaya mong hindi marunong umintindi ng reason Sana po hindi ka na lang nagbenta kung everytime na may ganyang situation closeminded ka.
