The chair has marks which she never bothered to mention. She is also extremely rude. She asked me not to call. I agreed to it and updated her on my whereabouts exactly. She was informed once I was at her condo. She messaged me to come to a certain lift. The phone service went off as I am sure she must be aware as she lives there. The lift requires us to ring the bell which we did. Her behaviour was extremely pathetic and rude. If she was so concerned she shd ve waited at the lift with the chair
