Buyer did not mentioned she will be leaving the country. Parcel got lost(no proof she did not receive it) offered a exact same piece if she can pick it up. (Rejected the offer) Even offered her a refund IF only she can return the parcel. Even proposed to meet at post office to checked (Rejected as well). Seem like someone else left a negative review with same exact situation - she didn't receive her parcel, leaving the country... hmm.. strange indeed.

I told u I needed it by Friday and u were sure, your offer was for me to last minute take a cab paying more than what the item is worth in cab fare to your work place to pick up the dresses before my flight. Practical? Obviously not. I asked for AM mail but u were very sure NM will work and I went with your advise given you have more experience in such dealings. Unfortunately, i travel ALOT din think i needed to let u know my personal life. You took no responsibility despite your mistakes.

Buyer didn't opt for registered mail. And luckily from our side China we have tracking but not into Singapore. Been pm-ing us on and off harshly instead of talking nicely. Buyer should chose registered like DHL or UPS. Oh ya buyer said she no longer stay in SG she demand full refund. We have done refund if fault is on our side but not yours as tracking had shown it was in Singapore already. So anyone manage to deal with her after 29/12, means she might be lying to us. Good luck and thanks again.

Please was harsh only after realizing you lied all along and I said I moved yes I am not in Singapore for a long while but will be back but not same location. Also you said there is tracking hence means registered. You as seller should pacify your meaning of tracking number also the tracking number was invalid. Your just a fraudster and you do not relay the truth to buyers until after purchase.
