Very unprofessional seller. When I opted not to proceed with a purchase before making payment after realizing the item’s condition didn’t meet my expectations, the seller left a retaliatory negative rating. Buyers have every right to decline a transaction prior to payment to avoid unnecessary returns and disputes later. Proceed with caution if you value professional communication.

Beautiful bag for a great price. Seller was transparent with the flaws, bag had no other flaws than what was declared. Very fast shipping also. If there's anything I had to suggest, I'd say the packaging could've been better; still, my bag was not damaged at all :)) thank you so much!
