Was a little upset as the seller wasn't fully honest about when the item was mailed. Seller also shared a lot of extra details, which made it feel like seller was trying to distract from the fact that she hadn't been truthful. It caused quite a bit of anxiety, but I'm relieved that the item was eventually mailed. 🥹🙏🏻

i apologised to buyer for missing out her parcel during mailing run, she seemed to be understanding but then dropped this review after receiving her item.. i tried to explain the situation while still owning up 100% responsibility for my mistake, but she took it as me trying to lie to her even tho i said it was 100% my fault for not mailing it with the same batch as i thought i did.. 🤷🏻‍♀️
