Buyer did not do his due diligence before purchasing. After the deal, he spammed message me stating that the watch can’t be used. Tried to help him by finding out why it wasn’t working as it was working perfectly fine before the deal, only to know that he did not update his phone to the latest software which was why the watch couldn’t connect to his phone. He proceeded to ask for a refund which was not accepted as stated on my listing. Out of options, he then used profanities. Sad.
