Yes indeed it was a rainy day!!! and you sound it here like you had to walk in rain. It was me who had to walk in rain and wait 20+ minutes outside. Doesn't justify you giving 1 star. Very poor communication (Every one would have their own problems, doesn't mean you leave another party hanging in ambuigity)
