Product is okay. Seller is very unprofessional. Took more than two weeks from commitment date to ship the item. No update received until I followed him up. Overcharged me also with the delivery fee. If you're outside metro and cant arrange your own delivery, I suggest you consider buying from other seller instead.

The seller claimed he explained the shipping situation from the start. Lie! After payment, he said he would ship the item that day, but more than a week passed with no update. I had to follow up just to get a response. He then said he would ship it the next day, but again there was no update until I followed up once more. In the end, it took over two weeks before the item was finally shipped.

I honestly feel that the 1 star review is unfair because I explained the shipping situation clearly from the start. Your preferred courier was J&T, but the book was too heavy and difficult to ship through them. I also politely asked for the shipping fee to be settled, but you didn’t want to pay. The shipping was expensive because the item is heavy and you are located in Davao City, which is beyond my control. Don’t blame me for your lies. Ang hirap mong kausap and ang OA mo.
